Want to be a vendor at the Wet 'N' Wild Rally?  We'd be happy to consider your application.  Read the information then print and mail an application and we'll get back to you.  Feel free to call or email us with questions or requests.  We look forward to hearing from you.

VENDOR INFORMATION

The name and logo of Wet 'N' Wild Rally are trademarked and copyrighted. Reproduction in any form is prohibited.

PAYMENT IN FULL
All vendors are required to send full payment with application. Applications are subject to approval by the WNW staff. We will do our best to accommodate special requests but remember that certain vendors will be limited and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore the early bird gets the worm. We will not over-bok certain merchandise or service vendors. Call first for availability. We accept check, money order, or credit cards.

REFUND
Should WNW reject your application, your payment will be refunded. If you cannot make the rally, and notify us prior to March 1, we will refund your payment in full. From March 1 through April 30 we will refund 50%. After May 1 there will be no refunds.

ALL-WEATHER EVENT
This is an all-weather event. It will be held rain or shine. We are not responsible for the weather, acts of God, or any other circumstance beyond our control. Bring extra tarps if you wish extra shade. It is summertime and it gets pretty hot.

MOVE IN - MOVE OUT
Vendors are expected to be set up prior to the rally opening, which is Thursday at 8 a.m. You can come in as early as Tuesday at noon. We ask that you not tear down till Sunday morning. The rally officially ends at noon on Sunday. Any vendor tearing down and leaving before that time wil not be eligible to return.

ARMBANDS - GATE PASS
This is a 21 and older rvent. No one under the age of 21 will be allowed. WNW reserves the right to verify or deny admittance at our discression. Each vendor will receive a minimum of two armbands up to a maximum of six, based on the size of the space booked. Additional armbands can be purchased, in advance or at vendor check-in, at a cost of $35. Armbands must be worn for the duration of the event. Each vendor will receive one gate pass for one vehicle. One vehicle will be allowed to stay at your vendor space. All other vehicles must be parked in customer parking area.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
WNW strictly prohibits the sale of pornography, firearms, rally t-shirts (we make our own) and controlled substances. Anything else if fair game.

DELIVERIES
WNW will not sign for any packages or deliveries addressed to vendors. If you are having merchandise sent to this rally you must be physically present at the gate when the delivery truck arrives, even if that means you have to be at the gate all morning. Otherwise we will send the truck back down the road!

REPLENISHMENT
Replenishment hours will be between 7:00 a.m.and 9:00 a.m. only. We cannot have extra vehicles and large trucks in the vendor area after that time because of the crowd.

TRASH
We will have a container for trash. We will send workers around early in the morning to pick up bags. Leave them by the road by your space. Upon leaving the rally on Sunday, please leave your space clean.

NO SUBLET
No matter what size Vendor space you have or where it is located, you may not sublet any part of your space to anyone who is not already registered with this event. If you want to be another Vendor, you must both send in your applications together and request to be side by side.

UTILITIES
No electric for Vendors, bring your generators. Water will be provided for all food Vendors.

All food vendors are required to have a mobile food vendor permit. A copy of this must be displayed at all times during this event. If you need a permit contact the State of Texas Department of Health Services at 512/834-6626 to obtain one. If you have any questions or problems, after arrival and check-in, find a staff person. They will locate Vicki or J.R. and we will personally help you.

By signing the Vendor Registration Form & Price List you agree to the terms and conditions defined in the Vendor Information pages and understand that this form is an application for space only. No space will be reserved without payment.

30 days prior to the rally we cannot guarantee any availability of a space

The Vendor Application is subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to reject any applicant for any reason.
