We are J.R. Smith and Vicki Howard.
After 3 marriages, for him, and 2, for her, we finally found each other 15 years ago (true soul mates). We are true bikers. Most people call us old school bikers. That's OK because we are! J.R. has been riding for 45 years and me, well let's just say I've been riding a long time too.
We opened up a motorcycle shop, in Quinlan Texas in 2001, called The Chrome Cowboy. We also opened a tattoo shop, called Shotgun Tattoos. We closed the motorcycle shop in 2007 and opened 2 more locations for Shotgun Tattoos.
Over the years we have met so many nice people (mostly bikers) who have either been to our shops or attended our Wet 'N' Wild rallies. We just want to say THANKS!!
We started the Wet 'N' Wild Rally, in 2001, at Lake Tawakoni near Quinlan and Greenville Texas.
We try to give you the most fun rally you'll ever attend. And, from the emails I got after the last 8 rallies we've held, that's what our attendees have told us. We give you so much to do and see that you'll have very little idle time. But we also have a lot of fun!
We hope to see all our past attendees and lots of new ones at this year's Wet 'N' Wild Rally in West Tawakoni,Texas. We promise to greet you with open arms.

P. S. We don't call our rally the biggest in Texas, or the best little rally in Texas, or even the biggest little rally in Texas, because every other rally in Texas has already taken these phrases. So, we're calling ours "THE FUNNEST RALLY IN TEXAS". At our rally we have a lot of room to play, drink, raise a little ----, and just have a lot of fun!
